* No change in wages charge pieces 

* Relief of Rs 2,000 for expense payers in assessment section of Rs. 2-5 lakh 

* 10% surcharge on persons with taxable wages of over Rs. 1 crore 

* Tobacco items, SUVs and portable telephones to cost more 

* Income constrain under Rajiv Gandhi Equity Savings Scheme raised to 12 lakh from Rs 10 lakh 

* First home advance of up to Rs 25 lakh to get added investment derivation of up to Rs 1 lakh 

* Duty unlimited utmost of gold import expanded to Rs. 50,000 for male travelers and Rs 1 lakh for female travelers 

* India's first ladies' bank to be set up by October 

* Concessional six for every penny investment on advances to weavers 

* Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana profit enlarged to rickshaw pullers, auto and taxi drivers, right around alternates
