Market Trading in Current Session (Live Market)
The Market today is very weak, after a big gap-down start, the market still continues to look extremely weak with a sell-off seen across the board. the broader markets are seeing deep cuts, too. Sensex is trading at 17263, down 429 points from its previous close, and Nifty is at 5201, down 130 points. CNX Midcap index is down 2.5% and BSE Smallcap index is down 3.1%. The market breadth is negative with advances at 60 against declines of 1216 on the NSE. Meanwhile seeing the market trend now it is recommended to wait and watch the first half of the session and see if 5175 holds in which we could see a short-term bounce. It is too early to go long in the market but those with short positions should hold them.
