The fall in crude prices proved a strong enough trigger for the bulls to embark on a buying spree at the Indian ring. The rupee's firm display against the greenback on the back of lower crude oil prices boosted sentiment. ◄•••❂❂❂❂❂❂

Nifty Closing Session on Today : ended at 6,115.35, up 119.90 points, or 2.00 percent over the previous close.
